As the days become longer and the temperatures begin to rise, nature awakens from the cold winter. Eager to set afoot, The Ride Beyond Crew kicked off their Spring tour with a voyage to some of Europe's biggest gravel races. In quintessential Ride Beyond Crew fashion, the riders bikepacked to the events, testing their mental and physical fortitude.

With their bikes packed for 10 days of travel, they first pedaled their way from the Netherlands to Kielder, UK. The crew tested their legs - and mettle - as the voyage required intensive route building, including ferry crossings to boot. Traversing the wilds along the border of England and Scotland, their first stop was the Dirty Reiver Festival, which showcased classically muddy springtime conditions.

Once bikes were cleaned and kits were washed, the group set off on their journey back across The Channel riding to - and competing in - the famed La Traka 360 gravel race. As dawn rose on windy and rainy conditions, nerves grew. 15+ hours, 360 kilometers, and 5000 meters of climbing later, the Ride Beyond Crew rolled through the finish, rising hours later to embark upon the final leg of their trek home to the Netherlands.

Stay tuned for the crew’s next outlandish adventure!
